✅ For ticketed events, refunds are allowed up to 7 days before the event date.
✅After this cutoff, no refunds will be issued, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

3. Refund Process

✅ Once a refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
✅ Refunds will be made using the same method of payment originally used (e.g., card, bank transfer), unless otherwise agreed.
✅ We reserve the right to deduct any transaction fees or processing costs, where applicable, from the refund amount.
